This peculiar mosaic of stories from contemporary Germany is a collection of deviations and obsessions, anxieties and neuroses. A pedicurist who carefully collects the hard skin from the feet of his female patients, a policeman with a secret obsession for animal costumes, a superficial documentary-maker searching for "the big topic", a spoiled brat taking advantage of his wealthy parents ... seemingly unrelated stories begin to intertwine brilliantly, resulting in an absurd finale. Is this a radically raised middle finger toward the viewer or a scathing satire on how cruel life can be?
